Evoora was created to bring clarity back to olive oil, focusing on quality, provenance, and the way it is truly produced.

We source early harvest oils from small, independent producers across selected regions, chosen for their naturally high polyphenol levels and low acidity. The result is olive oil with depth of flavour and genuine functional value.

Based in Scotland, Evoora takes a considered and transparent approach, working directly with growers to select oils defined by their origin, character, and the care behind their production. Each bottle reflects a commitment to health, quality, and craft, prioritising intensity, clarity, and a true sense of place.

Tuscany - Italy

The rolling hills of Tuscany produce olive oils known for their balance and elegance. Early harvested olives create a fresh, vibrant oil with notes of green herbs, artichoke and almond, finished with a gentle peppery warmth that lingers without overpowering.

Crete - Greece

Olive growing has shaped life in Crete for thousands of years. Harvested from ancient groves overlooking the Mediterranean, these oils are rich, full of character and naturally high in polyphenols, offering fresh grassy notes with a clean peppery finish.

Hidden in Portugal's rugged northeast, Trás-os-Montes is home to some of the country's oldest olive groves. Cool nights and warm days help produce oils with remarkable depth, bringing together ripe fruit, subtle nuttiness and a smooth, lasting finish.
